Company
The company was founded in 1998 and offers a wide range of solutions of ingredients for Pastry and Bakery.
The company had its origins in a family business, whose volume of business quickly expanded.
Attentive to market needs, in 2003 Pan & Past began the development and production of new products in the range of pastry and bakery mixes. In 2014, Pan & Past acquired production lines for the following categories: fillings, decorations, chocolates and replacers, fruit jams and jellies.
In 2023, the company established a new industrial unit for the production of margarines and fats.
Quality
Pan & Past ensures its commitment in the implementation of Quality Management Systems and Food Safety, holding a certification in accordance with the international standard ISO 22000:2018. Additionaly, we hold a license for the distribution of the RSPO Products (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) – use of sustainable palm oil products.
Our factories are also certified with IFS Food V8, Rainforest Alliance, and Halal.
